Language assimilation is one of the most serious threats to the Circassian people

According to the 2020 census data, every third Circassian living in their historical homeland does not speak their native language.
Language is the primary marker of a nation’s identity. As long as the language lives, the nation lives.

How can we preserve our Circassian language (адыгэбзэ)? What, in your opinion, needs to be done for its preservation and development?
